Manage.Indeal.org

The portal has been upgraded to unify all Axiom-based services into a single, easy-to-use interface. This consolidation allows the team to focus on single development projects rather than juggling multiple ones. It also simplifies our offerings for customers, making it easier for them to navigate and understand all the services Indeal provides.

The platform is broken down into 6 services.

  • Analytics

    • This allows our customers (and ourselves) to visually see how the platforms are performing.

    • Rebatable and Purchase data are now trackable

    • Weekly Editor is available

    • groundwork for notifications and tasks so we can start nudging our customers in a direction

    • Unique brands include last reported

    • Improved machine learning algorithms for forecasting data

    • Add Total Rebatable

    • New Permissions to Disable access to specific cards within the report

    • YOY vs MOM reporting button added to allow you to switch between the two

    • Brand Dashboard BETA, brands can see the reverse

    • ALPHA - We are experimenting with a heatmap for sales data

  • Order Management System

    • Manage or create a project

    • Email Templates for notifications

    • AI extraction code to read PDF documents with Visual

  • Product Information Management

    • Allows our team to manage product information within Indeal

    • We will continue to expand on this for the brand level so we can categories products pulled from other data sources

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Companies - Manage all the companies in the system

    • Contacts - Manage all users within the system

    • Customer Support - Manage all the tickets coming into the platform

  • Spaces

    • Manage Spaces - Allows for Indeal team to manage their spaces. If you have a private label license as a dealer, you can also manage your spaces

    • Members - Allows you to invite members within your company

    • Improved experience for dealers and uploading spaces (this is ongoing, we expect this to be finished within the next two weeks).

    • Removed Link Company in favor of just manage products so we no longer need to manage company connections for spaces. The products will do this for us.

  • Inbound Gateway

    • We are going to begin migrating the inbound gateway into the same experience with the following release. This means that upload.indeal.org will take you to inbound gateway preselected as it does currently.

    • Improved user experience based on feedback

    • New quick search for brands

    • Improved overall speed

CRON Service

The cron service, or Background Service application, was developed to run long processes based on a specific time or API request. This differs from a standard API, which typically requires a smaller payload suited for visualization on web, mobile, or desktop interfaces.

  • Pull the weekly Editorials and stores them in the database

  • Calculates Forcasting models

  • Generates Sales Reports

  • Collects data from the CRM

  • Collects data from Enable

  • Validates and checks account issues and reports them to the dev team

  • Planning - This will handle email cadences for nudging dealers soon.

MRL API

  • Provided MRL with an updated API based on the latest requirements

Inbound Gateway

  • All data now transfers back into D365, this should allow Taran to receive the numbers of the latest sales information

  • We are currently developing a solution to migrate the old inbound gateway records to the new platform. Due to the lack of differentiation between new and previously uploaded records, this is a labor-intensive process until all users transition to the new system. Additionally, we lose visibility of files uploaded through the old inbound gateway since they were never stored.

Geolocation

  • We have captured the latitude and longitude of all companies addresses in the ecosystem. This will allow us to determine heatmaps and physical location of sales and rebatable data.

SendGrid

  • Confirms IP warming was successful for Jeremy. We are seeing an increase of emails not getting blocked by emails

Email Identity Tokens

  • We experienced a number of issues with Microsoft based tokens, so our team wrote our own token-based system to by-pass the invite logic Microsoft was going to force us to down. This yielded to higher more customers being able to signup without their token expiring.

Dealer Inbound Gateway File Upload

This new application enables dealers to upload files via an emailed link. Once uploaded, the file appears in the brand's inbound gateway. The brand can then review and upload the dealer-provided data to the inbound gateway.

  • Experimental nudging system

  • Experimental Email notification system

  • Experimental notifying brand if dealer has opened the email or has clicked the link

Spaces

  • Resolved an issue where the spaces were looking at the parent category and not specifically targeting the subcategories when suggesting new products

Enable

Enable has collaborated directly with our development team to finalize the approved formatting. This format allows for direct transmission to Enable from the new inbound gateway platform. We've streamlined the process to include logging, ensuring no duplicate records are uploaded.

Data cleanup

This has been the most significant challenge within the entire ecosystem. The absence of layers, locations, and proper identifiers has resulted in numerous duplicate records. As we integrate more platforms into the centralized data source, we frequently need to perform additional data cleanups.

  • We are around 50% of data cleaned up for the company and user data. This is moving faster than expected and we expect the first round to be completed by mid of next month.

Removed costly services

  • We are actively investigating and removing unneeded services that Indeal is currently paying for. The latest removed was:

    • Nextiva

    • Old Pinpoint database

    • Old Web apps not active within Indeal Azure account
